Customer reactivation · Palmy

Your best customers already know you. They've just drifted.

I send your past customers one genuine thank-you on your behalf — and some of them come back. You pay nothing upfront. If it doesn't bring in business, you owe me nothing.

Subject: A thank you from [Your Business]

Hi Sarah,

It's been a while since we saw you, and we wanted to say a genuine thank you — we've always appreciated having you as a customer.

As a small thank you, we'd love to give you first access to [your best service] before we open it up more widely.

Just reply to this email and we'll sort out a time that works for you.

How it works

Four steps. Most of them are mine.

Your part takes about ten minutes, total. I handle the rest.

STEP 01

You share your list

Export your past customers from whatever you already use — bookings, POS, a spreadsheet. First name and email is all I need.

STEP 02

I write the email

One genuine thank-you, leading with your best service. Nothing salesy — that's exactly why people read it.

STEP 03

You approve it

Nothing goes out without your okay. You see every word before your customers do.

STEP 04

You pay only on results

A small cut of the business it actually brings back. If nothing comes back, you owe nothing at all.

Why it works

The cheapest customer you'll ever get is one you already had.

The trust already exists

New customers cost real money to win over. Past customers already know you and like your work — they've just gone quiet. One warm nudge is often all it takes.

A thank-you gets read

People delete marketing. They read a genuine thank-you from a business they know. That's the whole trick — and it's why there are no discounts or gimmicks involved.

You'll know fast

Because it's one direct, personal message — not a drawn-out campaign — replies usually land within about 48 hours. No months of waiting to see if it worked.

Being upfront with you: this is a simple idea. That's exactly why it works — and why I'm happy to be paid only when it does.

Who it's for

Best where one returning customer is worth real money.

Dentists Real estate agents Med spas & skin clinics Physios & chiros Car dealers Salons Vets Any local business with a customer list

If you've been trading a few years, you're probably sitting on hundreds of past customers nobody has spoken to in over a year. That list is the asset — I just put it to work.

The deal, in plain terms

No retainers. No lock-in. No surprises.

You only ever pay a percentage of the revenue the campaign actually generates, tracked in a way we agree on before anything is sent — usually a reply email, a promo code, or simply asking "how did you hear about this?"

Your customer list stays yours. I use it for this campaign only — never kept, never shared, never reused. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Fair questions

What owners usually ask me.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. I only make money if you do, and you approve everything before it's sent. The worst case is your customers get a nice thank-you and nothing comes of it — in which case you owe nothing.

Why lead with my best service instead of a discount?

Your past customers already trust you — that's the hard part done. Leading with your highest-value service treats them like valued customers rather than bargain hunters, and it means even a handful of responses is worth real money to you.

What happens to my customer list?

It stays yours. I use it for this one campaign, then it's done — never stored long-term, never shared, never reused for anything else. We can put that in writing.

How do you track what came from the campaign?

We agree on it before anything sends: usually replies to the email, a simple code, or just asking customers how they heard. Simple and fully visible to you.

How quickly will I know if it worked?

Usually within about 48 hours of the email going out. It's one direct message, not a slow campaign — so responses come fast, and you'll see them yourself.
